Fathers Day

Brought this stamp set before I became a demo and although its what I call naughty card (not NZ stampin up product) I really liked it as all the men In my family are hunters and this card really suits my dad, who is currently overseas with mum and therefore I hope It is safe to post this without him seeing it before fathers day.

ps it would be really nice to get this set in the next catalogue

tart and tangy twins

Just love this tart and tangy stamp set especially

when they are turned into scratch and sniff cards

kids just love it the traffic light card below would look equally as good with matching coloured apples to the circle surround also a scratch and sniff card

Card stock: basic grey, whisper white, only orange, gable green, real red,yo yo yellow

Ink pads, Gable green, only orange, real red

accessories:1 1/4 and 1 3/8 circle punch, scallop punch, corner rounder, pumpkin pie ribbon, bone scorer:

A few good laughs

forever flowers

I had a few photos of my girls which were out of focus but I didnt want to waste them. On this scrapbook 6x6 page I used my stampn up 1 3/8 square punch to punch out the three similar photos and 16 squares of whisper white which i evenly placed on top of my basic black cardstock then I layered the photos with best bits on top with foam tape in between to give some dimension and to distract for the photo mixing
O also used one of my favourite standard wheels forever flowers which I inked up with basic black ink.
It sounds a bit of work but its not to bad and when you tip the page u can see the undulatons.

A Break in the weather

Our poor little country has been so severley battered by the weather over the past week it was fantastic for the rain to cease and the wind to stop. Thick coastal mist hung around us on saturday and I had booked a date with my husband to go for a drive inland and this is what is on our back door.

We drove up to Mount Cook (Aoraki)but it was shrouded in cloud it wasn't until evening set in and we stood on the shores of Lake Pukaki that the cloud dispursed as if torn aside and exposed the magnitude of this beautiful mountain reflected in still evening glacial waters of the lake

That is me in teeny tiny oh I wish I was smaller standing with my
toes in the waters of the lake. This Mountain Range is part
of the Southern Alps.

So to all the Girls in my team in the North Island I hope that you
too are having a break in the weather

wild about you star chart

I know that I have three teenage boys to care about
but I do love the shows with the nanny who sits kids in
the Naughty Corner until they decide to behave immmm
I wonder how that would have worked in my house one of the boys used to love being alone and staring at the wall it allowed his imagination to go wild perhaps he would have done better
with a cool star chart like this one in primary bold bright colours
